At Nightscout Pro Ltd, we’re committed to clear and fair practices. Here’s our refund policy, explained simply:<\/span><\/p>\n<\/strong><\/p>\nRefund for Active Nightscout Sites:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n- \n
\n- If you’ve set up your Nightscout site but decide to cancel, we offer a pro-rata refund. This means you’ll receive a refund for the unused portion of your pre-paid period.<\/li>\n
- Example:<\/em> If you’re on a monthly subscription and cancel after 15 days, we’ll refund you for the remaining 15 days.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

Refund for Non-Active Subscribers:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n- \n

\n- If you haven’t set up your Nightscout site, you can get a full refund of the most recent month’s subscription.<\/li>\n
- Note:<\/strong> This only applies to the most recent month’s payment, even if you’ve been subscribed longer without using the service.<\/li>\n
- Example:<\/em> You subscribed 3 months ago but didn’t set up the site. If you cancel now, you’ll get a refund for the last month only.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
<\/strong><\/p>\nRefunds for Forgotten Subscriptions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n- \n

\n- Forgot about your subscription? If you realise you’ve been paying for a service you haven’t used, we’ll refund the most recent month’s subscription. This policy is due to the ongoing costs we incur to maintain the service.<\/li>\n
- Example:<\/em> You subscribed a year ago and forgot. Upon cancellation, you’ll receive a refund for the last month.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Processing Refunds:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n- We use Stripe as our payment processor.<\/li>\n
- Refunds typically take between 5-10 working days to process, depending on your bank and country.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
