Notes: – “Bridge” refers to using the Nightscout bridge plugin to pull data from Dexcom Share servers – Dexcom ONE does not support Dexcom Share, so direct connection via xDrip+ or xDrip4iOS is required – Older “Firefly” transmitters may have different compatibility than newer models.

Notes: – Libre 1 requires an additional transmitter device (like MiaoMiao, Bubble, etc.) attached to the sensor – Libre 2 EU version can connect directly to some apps without an additional transmitter – Libre 2/3 can also upload to Nightscout via LibreLinkUp servers using a bridge application which is included inside Nightscout Pro.

Notes: – Older Medtronic pumps that could upload to CareLink could use the mmconnect plugin, but this is no longer supported for 7xx series and above – 600 Series requires an Android phone connected with an OTG cable to the pump’s connected glucose meter. For all newer (700 series) Medtronic pumps, please use either xDrip+ (Android Phone) or Guardian Monitor (iOS Phone) to sync data from CareLink and upload to Nightscout.

Hardware Requirements
Android Devices
- Android 6.0 or higher (Android 8.0+ recommended for best performance)
- Bluetooth 4.0+ for direct CGM connections
- OTG support required for Medtronic 600 Series connections
- Reliable internet connection (WiFi or cellular)
iOS Devices
- iOS 13.0 or higher (iOS 15.0+ recommended for best performance)
- iPhone 7 or newer for optimal Bluetooth connectivity
- Reliable internet connection (WiFi or cellular)
Compatibility Limitations
- Some older Android devices may have Bluetooth limitations affecting CGM connections
- Not all CGM systems are available in all countries
- Certain uploaders may require specific versions of Android or iOS
- DIY closed loop systems have their own hardware and software requirements
