Setting up your Nightscout Pro account is a quick and straightforward process. This guide will walk you through the steps to create your account, choose a pricing package, and get your Nightscout site up and running.
Creating Your Account
- Visit the Signup Page
- Go to https://my.nightscoutpro.com/signup
- You’ll be presented with the account creation form
- Enter Your Information
- Fill in your email addressCreate a secure password
- Confirm your password
- Provide any other required information
- Choose a Pricing Package
- Review the available pricing options
- Select the package that best suits your needs
- Complete Payment Information
- Enter your payment details
- Review the subscription terms
- Confirm your subscription
After Account Creation
Once your account is created, you’ll be guided through the process of setting up your Nightscout site. The entire process is automated, and your site should be live within one minute of completion.
Your next steps will be:
1. Configure your Nightscout URL (site name)
2. Set up your API Secret (password)
3. Choose your display units (mg/dL or mmol/L)
4. Configure your uploaders to send data to your site
Account Management
Accessing Your Account Dashboard
- Log in at https://my.nightscoutpro.com/login
- From your dashboard, you can:
- Manage your subscriptionUpdate your payment information
- Access your Nightscout site
Password Reset
If you forget your password, you can easily reset it:
1. Visit https://my.nightscoutpro.com/password-reset/
2. Enter the email address associated with your account
3. Check your email for password reset instructions
4. Follow the link to create a new password
5. Log in with your new password
Updating Account Information
You can update your account information at any time through your account dashboard:
1. Log in to your account
2. Navigate to the account settings section
3. Make your desired changes
4. Save your updates
Subscription Management
Changing Your Plan
If your needs change, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription:
1. Log in to your account dashboard
2. Navigate to the “Manage Billng” section
3. Enter the email address associated with your account into the Stripe Dashboard
4. Select “Change Plan”
5. Choose your new plan
6. Confirm the change
Billing Information
- Your subscription will be automatically billed according to the plan you selected
- You can view your billing history in your account dashboard
- Receipts are automatically sent to your email address
