As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our company by ensuring our users receive outstanding support and assistance. Your responsibilities will include responding to technical support emails, managing customer communication, and handling support tickets. Additionally, you will contribute to the creation of help support documentation and use customer feedback to recommend improvements to our systems and software.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and other communication channels.
  • Open, manage, and close customer support tickets efficiently.
  • Create and update help support documentation to assist users in troubleshooting common issues.
  • Analyse customer feedback and collaborate with the development team to recommend system and software enhancements.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to self-learn and update knowledge using existing resources.
  • Experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.
  • Familiarity with technical aspects of mobile applications and software troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work remotely and flexibly up to 16 hours per week.
