Nightscout Pro Ltd Refund Policy

 

Introduction

At Nightscout Pro Ltd, we’re committed to clear and fair practices. Here’s our refund policy, explained simply:

Refund for Active Nightscout Sites:

    • If you’ve set up your Nightscout site but decide to cancel, we offer a pro-rata refund. This means you’ll receive a refund for the unused portion of your pre-paid period.
    • Example: If you’re on a monthly subscription and cancel after 15 days, we’ll refund you for the remaining 15 days.

 

Refund for Non-Active Subscribers:

      • If you haven’t set up your Nightscout site, you can get a full refund of the most recent month’s subscription.
      • Note: This only applies to the most recent month’s payment, even if you’ve been subscribed longer without using the service.
      • Example: You subscribed 3 months ago but didn’t set up the site. If you cancel now, you’ll get a refund for the last month only.

Refunds for Forgotten Subscriptions:

        • Forgot about your subscription? If you realise you’ve been paying for a service you haven’t used, we’ll refund the most recent month’s subscription. This policy is due to the ongoing costs we incur to maintain the service.
        • Example: You subscribed a year ago and forgot. Upon cancellation, you’ll receive a refund for the last month.

Processing Refunds:

  • We use Stripe as our payment processor.
  • Refunds typically take between 5-10 working days to process, depending on your bank and country.

Policy Updates

This policy may be updated or revised to remain compliant with legal and regulatory standards. Any changes will be communicated to our users and stakeholders in a timely manner.
