Nightscout Pro Ltd Refund Policy

 

At Nightscout Pro Ltd, we aim to provide a reliable and transparent service. Please read this refund policy carefully before subscribing.


💻 Refunds for Active Nightscout Sites

If you have set up and actively used your Nightscout site and choose to cancel, you may be eligible for a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of your current billing cycle.

Example: You’re on a monthly plan, cancel halfway through the month, and have used the service. We’ll refund the remaining 15 days of that month.


🚫 Refunds for Inactive Subscriptions

If your site was never set up, you can request a full refund of your most recent month’s subscription.

⚠️ Important: Refunds are only applicable to the latest billing cycle, regardless of how long the account was inactive. Older payments will not be refunded.


💤 Refunds for Forgotten Subscriptions

We understand that sometimes subscriptions are forgotten. If you haven’t used the service recently and request a cancellation, we may offer a refund for the most recent month only.

This is due to the continuous cost of maintaining servers and infrastructure for every active subscription, regardless of usage.


❌ Non-Refundable Circumstances

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Disputes made without first contacting our support team.

  • Claims of fraud or unrecognised payments that were clearly authorised.

  • Multiple refund requests from the same account.

  • Custom or enterprise services, unless stated otherwise in a contract.


⏱️ Refund Processing Times

We process refunds through Stripe. Depending on your bank and location, refunds typically appear within 5–10 working days.


🔁 Cancelling Your Subscription

To avoid future charges:

  • Cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the next billing date.

  • You can cancel anytime via your account dashboard or by contacting support.
